Chad Johnson commandeered a television camera behind the end zone, swung it around and aimed it at the field as part of a touchdown production that was two months in the making.
What he saw through the viewfinder: A Tennessee team playing itself out of the picture.
Johnson had a career-high 12 catches, set the Cincinnati record for career receptions, scored three touchdowns and steadied the Bengals to a 35-6 victory Sunday over the fading Titans.
"He deserves the credit," quarterback Carson Palmer said of the Pro Bowl receiver. "He's that good. We did a good job around him, too."

L.T. Reaches 10,000 Yard Milestone
LaDainian Tomlinson of the Chargers became the 23rd player in NFL history rush for 10,000 yards, reaching the milestone on a 36-yard run down the left sideline in the third quarter against the Ravens on Sunday.
Tomlinson reached the milestone three days after Warrick Dunn of the Falcons did it.
Falcons' Dunn Reaches 10,000 Yards Rushing
Warrick Dunn of the Falcons became the 22nd player in NFL history to rush for 10,000 yards, reaching the milestone with a 2-yard run Thursday night against the Colts.
Dunn's short run up the middle came early in the second quarter. He finished the night with 70 yards on 17 carries, pushing him to 10,044 in his 11-year career.
Tebow, Caldwell Set Records As UF Blasts FAU
Tim Tebow became the first player in NCAA history with at least 20 touchdowns passing and rushing in the same season; Andre Caldwell broke the school record for career receptions; and Florida (No. 12 BCS, No. 14 AP) hammered Florida Atlantic 59-20 Saturday.
Tebow finished 25-of-34 passing for a career-high 338 yards and three touchdowns and ran for another score. He has 20 rushing touchdowns and 26 TD passes.
His 20th on the ground broke the previous Southeastern Conference single-season record of 19 held by Georgia's Garrison Hearst (1992), Alabama's Shaun Alexander (1999) and LSU's LaBrandon Toefield (2001).
Caldwell caught a career-high 13 passes for 164 yards giving him 176 career receptions and breaking the previous mark of 172 set by Carlos Alvarez (1969-71).
Vikes' Peterson Donates Jersey To Hall Of Fame
Adrian Peterson, Minnesota's record-setting rookie running back, has given his jersey to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
He donated the purple No. 28 jersey and white pants he wore earlier this month while rushing for an NFL-record 296 yards for the Vikings in a victory over the San Diego Chargers.
The uniform has been guarded by the team's equipment staff since the game on Nov. 4. When Peterson said it was never washed, Joe Horrigan, a representative from the Hall of Fame, feigned disgust as he held the jersey next to him. Horrigan was headed back to Canton, Ohio, where the shrine to Peterson's accomplishment was scheduled to be on display starting Friday.
"The magnitude of what Adrian did on that day is really amazing, and you think about the fact that he is a young rookie and what that must mean for the future," Horrigan said.
Favre Joins Marino, Eclipses 60,000 Yard Mark
Brett Favre joined Dan Marino as the only quarterbacks to throw for 60,000 yards in a career during the second quarter of Green Bay's 34-0 win against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.
Favre, who needed 94 yards coming into the game, found running back Vernand Morency for a short pass to the right side for 3 yards for exactly 60,000. Two plays later, he hit favorite target Donald Driver for a 19-yard gain.
Favre now trails Marino's all-time mark of 61,361 by 1,105 yards, after throwing for 351 yards and three touchdowns against the Vikings.
Peterson On Pace To Break Single-Season Rushing Record
Adrian Peterson pulled off quite a daily-double last weekend.
Not only did the Vikings' rookie running back shatter the NFL record for rushing yards in a single game, he managed to steal some of the spotlight from the game of the decade between the Patriots and Colts.
Peterson rumbled for 296 yards in a victory over the Chargers, eclipsing the previous mark of 295 set by Jamal Lewis with the Ravens in 2003.
Peterson also went over 1,000 yards on the season, putting him on pace to challenge the all-time single-season record of 2,105 yards set by Eric Dickerson in 1983.
Steelers' Ward Closing In On Stallworth Records
For a guy who was supposed to be another all-purpose-type player when the Pittsburgh Steelers drafted him in 1998, wide receiver Hines Ward has been more than a reasonable facsimile of John Stallworth and Lynn Swann.
Fittingly, the two Hall of Fame receivers known for their playmaking ability in four Steelers Super Bowl victories will be in the stands tonight when the Steelers (5-2) host the Ravens (4-3) in a key AFC North game.
Because of Ward, Stallworth and Swann are finding their names less and less often in the Steelers' record book.
Ward's two touchdown catches during a 24-13 victory Oct. 28in Cincinnati gave him 61 for his career, two short of Stallworth's team-record 63. Ward also needs 445 yards to break Stallworth's club record of 8,723 receiving yards in a career.
"It is a great feeling to have my name up there with players like Swann and Stallworth," Ward said. "To have the Steelers' record for most TDs would be a huge accomplishment."
Peterson Breaks Single Game Rushing Record
Minnesota Vikings' running back Adrian Peterson broke the single game rushing record with 296 yards against the San Diego Chargers.
The previous record was held by Jamal Lewis when he rushed for 295 yards as a member of the Baltimore Ravens against the Cleveland Browns.
